  1. Was out doing some yard cleanup today. We had a significant windstorm yesterday and amongst the debris are thousands and thousands tiny pieces the size of coarsely ground pepper that came from either Douglasfir or Western red cedar. (More likely fir) Male pollen cones are much larger. For reference, I photographed this on a piece of paper towel. i’m just interested in finding out what they are. thanks!!
