  1. I’m mainly checking because my neighbour is worried about the wall. The guy I’m thinking of paying it to take it down concurs and insists there is no danger of damaging the wall at all. I am reassured by your comments. Thanks to all.

  3. Hi. I have a Japanese Pagoda tree about 55ft high in my garden. I am told it’s roughly 30 years old. It is 7 m away from the house and 2.5m away from the garden wall I share with the neighbours. I want to cut it down as it is right in the middle of my garden. One of my neighbours is concerned that cutting it down will undermine the garden wall that we share. Is this a valid concern or should it be ok to do? Thank you for any advice out there.
