  1. Our neighbour wants to chop down some trees that are on their side of the fence - these are roughly 10m tall, and provide privacy to us from houses further in the distance. They don't affect anyone else other than us and the neighbour, and can't be seen from the street, etc. Can I apply for a TPO so they can't be taken down? They are planning to replace them, but this will obviously take years for new trees to grow to the same height. How else could we come to a resolution?
