  1. hi thanks for your answers, im bit confused- basically the trees are ours (conifers) and here well before the house 6 years ago- theres a whole row of them next to the boundary, the neighbours saying we have to have them removed because they have cracking caused by them (i have a report) but im saying the new build warranty should cover it- how do i get proof who is to pay?
  2. hello. a house was built 6 years ago close to existing trees, which were there over ;0 years. the house has started cracking due to the roots ( we do not have proof of this yet) who is responsible and what action should be taken? is it the developers for building house on existing roots (still covered by 10 years new house guarantee) or theexosting tree owners?
