  1. Thanks Steve, decent stuff? It's just a bit of effort for me to take down so I'll probably chop it up as its free. Whats the seasoning time
  2. Hes a lying bastard Mick lol. I say mate!! He lives down the road, this is in his "mates" garden. Just have to chop it down myself. Bloody pine😆
  3. Hope you guys dont mind another picture. Yet another mate has the following that I can take. He thinks its Pine
  4. Amazing. Me and my mate had it in the end.
  5. It is free so I'll gladly take it in. Ill take the advice and use to get the fire going and then revive. Thanks all
  6. Great, ill kept it for a good while and split it asap.
  7. Little update. The Willow is burning really hot (18 months seasoned) and is just as good as my Ash that im using. Although the Ash logs are smaller and not seasoned as long. So glad I kept it
  8. Oh, ill do some homework on that, any experience burning it? Cheers
  9. Little update on the logs that may be Willow. They have been burning beautifully! Seasoned about 18 months and going great. Burning as hot as the ash logs in fact lol, my Ash logs are smaller though
  10. Merry Xmas all. Please could someone help with an I.D on this tree? Been told it may be Pine, if it is ill take it and season.
  11. Lovely, thanks
  12. Got another question (apologies😅). I posted these pictures on a different thread, not sure if any of you guys commented. Couple of pictures of some logs I've already split, separate from my previous pictures. Wondered if you could help me out with the I.D. Some say Willow? Others Oak, Sycamore lol. Image 1 and 3 are the same load (I think 🤔)
  13. Great news, thanks gents
  14. Some pictures today I hope.
