  1. The conifer tree is separate to the hedges 15/20 further down the garden. The conifer tree is about 40-45 feet tall is it still the case I don’t need a felling licence and tree survey? As I’m just starting out. Many thanks for your help on this
  2. I currently have a job in the pipeline, it is in a private garden to remove a conifer tree. 8 10ft tall x 6ft wide 20ft long row of conifer hedges all to be removed to grown level. I’m guessing this means that I would not need to apply for a felling license as it is a private garden? and I would only need to check for TPO‘s and conservation areas however I’m not sure whether I would need to legally do a Tree survey. Any help would be much appreciated.
