Hello, I'm trying to indentify a tree that's in front of my house, and from there seeing how best to manage it. It's only grown as big as it has in the past 2-3 years, before that it was kept small. As you can see, it's quite close to the front of the house, but I'm not sure if a tree of this size would usually cause problems to foundations (the house is rendered, but I can't see any signs of cracking externally) or cause heave if removed. The house is 1930s, the soil is loamy and clayey. If anyone is able to offer any advice it would be greatly appreciated, many thanks.
