A refreshing change

A big thank you to Karen at Clark Forrest! I had a small issue with something I'd purchased from Clark, contacted them via email on my phone sitting soaked and miserable in my truck, Karen replied within minutes to say a replacement was on its way, no questions asked, without seeing the original purchase! Fantastic service from many many miles away.

In contrast, my local dealer has been waiting for a part to replace something under warranty on a piece of machinary for a month. I have to chase him to then 'chase' the supplier and get the same excuse but still no action or updates. I've spent a lot of money with them over the years but don't feel exactly valued!

I know who id rather now spend my hard earned money with, I like to buy local but..........
