Tractor Driver (Highways)

Environmental contractor requires a skilled tractor driver to operate modern tractor with front flail deck and rear trimmer for highway vegetation cutting across the South West. Previous experience of operating this type of machinery essential.

 

 

The candidate must have hedge cutting experience and be able to work on their own for long periods as well as working with the rest of the team. Must be able to work to high standards of workmanship and health and safety.

 

 

This job would suit someone who loves the outdoors, is a quick learner, has a interest in equipment and is self motivated. Pay rate dependent on experience.

 

 

Candidate will ideally have CPCS or CSCS card. Any other types of training and tickets such as chainsaw or spraying an advantage but further on-going training supplied. Trailer license would be of benefit. Must be prepared to undertake D&A test to meet client requirements.
