Ms200t flywheel broken

One of the climbers I work with sometimes was using his saw up a tree today when it started making a racket. He came out the tree took the starter casing off and all the flywheel fins apart from 3 were off. Some of them are jammed in the side of the cylinder. Anyone else had this happen to them or know of it happening? Cheers

Stripped it down at lunchtime and found the problem. He'd had the exhaust off to free up some starting cord stuck in the exhaust port. He didn't put the exhaust gasket back in and it was left rattling about. He got off pretty lucky with only damaging the flywheel I reckon.
