Im currently in the position where I need to take on an extra person, to add to our team on a as and when required basis to help with current work load.

 

Ideally I'm looking for a college leaver/trainee, but I would also consider someone experienced.

 

Initially looking to take on someone on a self-employed basis, but can also look at setting up a zero hour contact on a paye basis. This may also lead to full time employment for the right person.
