Recoil Spring Problem

Well Folks

I have a small 435e, which has an easy start system, the problem is that the recoil spring has broken for the second time in as many months. The chainsaw is only a few months old and I only use it at weekends.

But I am beginning to think this isn't the saw for me.

Has anyone else has similar problems with easy start saws, and just to confirm I ain't pulling hard when starting. But because of the quantity of trees that needs cut I may be trying to work with adding on a few £ with the dealer to upgrade, which hopefully works.
