Short notice tree workers

Has anyone posted short notice requests on here and had any success?

We occasionally find ourselves let down by the odd client and because we specialise in Utility Arb cannot just drop the guys on something else that day.

We can actually find ourselves finding out 4pm regarding work being cancelled for the following day.

Instead of getting the guys 'logging up' round the back, I wondered if anyone else thought it might be useful to use this forum to advertise something like '2 guys, 30,31,38,39, 4x4 trk chipper available for the next 2 days' on this site.

Any thoughts?

Anyone done this before?

Is there/should there be a thread here just geared towards passing round our resources in order to help each other out every now and again?
