Summer attire

In summer, I always use long sleeved T-shirts to prevent scratching my arms, especially when working in conifers!

 

Avoid cotton, as it will get wet and heavy. I buy synthetic long-sleeve T-shirts made for running – the cheapest I can find. And don't use dark colours – they get very hot in direct sunlight.

 

I'm currently using these in orange and red:
