Einhell cs38 cutting problem

Hi guys got a einhell cs38 saw sitting about it starts and revs fine but really struggles and almost cuts out when i put it too wood , i think it needs tuning properly does anyone know the optimum throttle and H & L settings please or have an idea of what else it could be ? Thx jamie
