Arboricultural ground worker apprenticeship available.

Due to the success of our apprenticeship program we are now looking to recruit an Arboricultural ground worker, this is a full time job with 4 days on site and 1 day at college a week.

 

We are based in West Somerset and are preferably seeking a school leaver but opportunity is open to everyone.

 

Role:

You will be leaning techniques to assist climbing arborists and be trained as a rescue climber, your apprenticeship will eventually focus on silviculture and management.

 

What we are looking for:

No experience necessary but basic CSs and driving licence an advantage, a good work ethic is paramount as is a sense of humour. A smart appearance and good manners are essential as you will be dealing with customers on a daily basics and most importantly an interest in trees.
