Calculating water uptake, new planting

i hve some 125ltr multi-stemmed betula to plant, amongst others, and I cant remember for the life of me how to calculate the water uptake for planted trees. i did it last year, and seemed to have got it right, (maybe by accident!!) Advice sought, no Bond info req'd.

This was what my PhD was on and still an area I have a great deal of interest in, there are various methods and I can probably jog your memory or even give you a better method. Give me a call 07870 280235.

 

I don't charge for this kind of thing. SO don't think your going to get old some consultancy. Can't guarentee I wont try to flog you a thermal imaging camera though.
