MBs Grounds Maintenance Ltd is a multi-disciplined contractor based in Essex. We provide Arboricultural, Landscape Contracting and Grounds Maintenance services to a variety of domestic and commercial customers throughout Essex and London areas. We also operate our own Mewps and have a hire division.

 

A strong focus on Quality, Innovation and Safety has led us to our position as major contractor to one of the leading Property Management companies.

We currently have a vacancy within our Arboricultural division for an experienced climbing arborist. Reporting to our Arboriculture Manager, the successful applicants will enjoy a variety of work in both the private and commercial sectors. You will be working with a large variety of our own young and modern plant and equipment to complete work to an extremely high standard.

 

Applicant criteria;

• Minimum 2 years climbing Arboricultural experience. Applications will not be considered without this.

• Relevant NPTC units.

• A full UK driving license. B+E Trailer entitlement is highly desirable.

• Focused on completing all work to the highest possible standard of quality.

• Acute awareness of Health and Safety.

• Willingness to carry out tasks in other areas of our business, not just Arboricultural related tasks.

• IPAF 1b certificate an advantage, but training will be provided if we feel suitable candidate has been found

• The ability for flexible working hours and anti-social hours

 

The position on offer is for a temporary contract which, if the applicant is deemed suitable, may lead to a permanent full time contract. Following an Interview and trial days, the successful applicant will be required to work a trial period of 12 weeks before being offered a written contract.
