There have been some significant changes made to the way liability claims are handled in England and Wales. You need to be aware of these changes and of the importance of understanding policy claims and reporting conditions.

In a nutshell, employers liability and public liability insurers will be seeking prompt notification of incidents and swift co-operation where a claim is made. These changes came into operation on 31st July 2013.

If you would like further information about this please visit our website where you can download a detailed flyer covering these changes. www.arborisk.co.uk
