Beetles???

Any ideas what these little buggers are? I can really do without anything else trying to destroy my firewood stack.

Also does anyone know how long it takes for powderpost beetles/woodworm to turn your firewood into dust? I only ask, as I'm wondering how best to use my firewood, which is largely oak(although there is a lot of horse chestnut/sweet chestnut/eucalyptus etc). If it's gonna take 6 months I'd rather burn it this winter with a much higher water content.
