Didnt really look...aparently a silage trailer hit the limb going over the road a good thump few years back causing visual damage and cambium and phloem was quite dry around impact?

Here in ny EVERY tree has wires underneath. Make the most of it :)

 

I think id give up then :001_tongue: ive been around arb all my life and have been workin in it on weekends and holidays for 5 years (climbing 1 1/2 years) and have never had to do so much riggin :001_rolleyes: (apart from one job wen i first started but i just pulled branches back then) the guys that do it here full time use mewp for most of their work but are risk assessment didnt allow it due to flow of traffic down the road with no where to put it :thumbdown:
