First go at carving

Thought i wood share as the reason i havent been on arbtalk much,The last few weeks on evenings i been learning how to carve and make furniture with wood artist ian morrison,he hasnt used a chainsaw much before and on his 3rd hip replacement so i been helping cut out the basic shapes and he does the detail we had them on display at our first show we done together at the weekend with some furniture we made together and his other sculptures hope you like:001_smile:
