that does shed a bit more light on it. The set up around the feet to the pulley i still don't get. What is the black line made of?

The black line is made of shock ( elastic) cord. Scott said finding a little pulley to match it wasnt easy.Foot loop to the Basic with solid cord, Basic to Harness solid cord(life support), Basic to little pulley on Minitraxion (with shock cord) down to ring on modified Pantim.Minitraction to Harness (life support).Petzel Srt Sequioa Harness.
