As you know, Lantra is developing a Professional Skills Framework, as a business tool, to enable employers to record staff skills and plan staff developement and training. I am now looking for feedback from the trees and timber industries to help us shape the framework to the requirements of the sector. Below is the link to an online survey, as a part of the feasibility study.
