Foreman / Team Leader required

Foreman/team leader required for small professional company based near Reigate / Dorking, Surrey. Candidate will need a mature approach to liase with clients and motivate staff, maintain high standards and achieve results on time. Wide range of domestic tree work undertaken and some commercial work.

Would be advantageous but not essential to hold all relevant NPTCs up to CS 41 and have previous experience as lead climber / team leader

A formal qualification in arboriculture would be an advantage as would experience and certification in working with MEWPs

Excellent pay for the right candidate, subject to experience / qualifications.
