Team Leader/Climber Required

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, skilled and passionate full time team leader/climber with the ability to work and run a crew with minimal supervision around the West Midlands.

All Applicants must be able to demonstrate a range of arboriculture skills and knowledge, from risk assessments/method statements to tree identification. Requiring genuine commitment, the position offers an exciting challenge in a successful and growing company. Applicants should be hard working and friendly with good customer and communication skills.

The work will provide a varied and interesting workload from planting through to quality reductions, rigging & dismantling and crane/MEWP work.

 

Essential requirements:

N.P.T.C Qualified (CS30/31/38/39 minimum)

 

Advantageous:

Education in arboriculture (any level), first aid at work, signing lighting and guarding, PA1/PA6 ,MEWP ticket, CSCS

Applicants will be offered very competitive rates of pay depending upon experience and ability.

20 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, and all PPE equipment is provided.
