The holiday hunt

I usually go on holiday in feb or march but I hate looking for them on the internet. Its really annoying for multiple reasons. Does anyone know a good company or website to get a nice break somewhere warm or mild at least. Perhaps you've been somewhere recently that you would recommend.

I usually book flight and accommodation separately but would consider a package holiday for ease and so that I could scoff my face with buffet all day long.

Me and my partner have decided to stay in the UK for our holiday this year and we've head up North to the Lake District.

We have booked a cabin lodge for one week in late March with a company called South Lakeland Holidays, who were recommended by a friend: Lake District Holidays | Lancashire Holidays | Holiday Windermere

There are loads of things to do in Lake District including rock climbing, mountain biking, sailing and other outdoor things.

We are also going to have a look at some of the indoor activities such as the Beatrix Potter World, the Aquarium of the Lakes and the miniature village.

The company we booked with were really friendly and professional on the phone. We bombarded them with questions and they were very knowledgeable about the park and the local area.

We highly recommend! Hope this helps your search. :)
