Hi all my first post after reading so many on here, I was after getting a pruning saw and wondered what people with more experience in the field recommended, ie folding or not and what make. Cheers in anticipation of some answers

Non folding silky, straight or curved is personal preference.

 

There are a lot of people imitating the silky, in my experience non are up to the standard of proper silkys

I used to like the straight bladed ones but gradually came round to curved blades, as Kev says Silky are the best that i have used anyway. Now i use a sugoi and i love my tiger :)
