Acorn Environmental Management Group (AEMG) is one of the leading, independent, environmental services providers operating in the UK.

Our operations include – Arboriculture / Tree Maintenance, Arboricultural Consultancy, Landscape Management and Maintenance and Specialist Weed Control.

 

To complement the growth the organisation has achieved over the last 2 years we are recruiting a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our Birmingham and West Midlands Contracts.

 

The Role

Based in our Head Office in Alvechurch, the Operations Manager will have full Operational responsibility including Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Management for Birmingham and surrounding area.

The role will lead our Arboricultural Teams ensuring we meet our contract objectives and KPI’s. The Operations Manager will have overall financial responsibility for the contracts and will be expected to deliver a range of services in line with forecast.

 

The Candidate

The candidate will ideally be educated to degree level in a related discipline or commensurate experience. Being able to demonstrate leadership qualities and managing dynamic workforces on prestigious contracts is paramount.

A commercially aware, customer focused individual with a proven track record in delivering services to an excellent standard
