Machine Hedgecutter Needed

Anybody know a contractor with a tractor mount circular saw type hedge cutter? I have c200m of tall mostly fairly thin hawthorn that needs a cut to about 8 foot, together with the sides reducing so we can lay it next winter. Also a mile or more of normal farm hedge trimming. (A flail is NOT suitable for any of it.)

I am in N Yorks close to Co Durham/A1.
