I know what you're thinking but better late than never....!

It would be worth reading the comments made in response to the draft , available as a PDF from the QTRA website even if its only to endorse the concerns raised with the documents' content.

The nature in which the standard has been conceived serves only to reinforce a total lack of " concensus" from the industry that will be arguably most involved with its eventual implementation....

The fact that the text is confused makes the document very unhelpful to comment on...a point that is well made if you chose to read the response referred to above....I too find myself thinking..here here.

Most all the above posts are listed as concerns as they appear in the draft....

I'm not an experienced inspector/assessor/surveyor of trees by any means. I am tho' glad that I find myself in agreement largely with comments contained in the response noted above.
