Provision of a grounds maintenance service (grass cutting, flower/shrub bed maintenance, maintenance of hedges/bushes/trees, litter bin emptying and routine playground inspections) on council owned/managed land throughout the district. Some work is carried out on behalf of the Council's partners.

 

estimated cost excluding VAT Range: between 500 000,00 and 600 000,00 GBP

 

Contract period will run for 5 years from 1.4.2011. Estimated contract price is based on full 5 years.
