Land Cruiser/road wheel- near divorce!

Driving around in my 80 series Cruiser yesterday, noticed the brakes creeping and slight pull. Jacked the front up this morning and noticed the O/S wheel drop as it lifted - slack as aunt mary's!

Looked inside and found both hub nuts and lock washer had unwound because the stub axle tang had worn and the inside of the washer had lost its shape.

There was that much play that it was pushing the caliper pistons back as I drove, felt like there was air in the system!

One to watch out for.

Old washer laid over a new one.
