Team leaders and operatives

At Chaffin Works,based at Polegate, near Eastbourne we are looking for experienced team leaders to lead our teams working on the motorway networks across the south east, including the M25. Contracts include ADB removal with MEWP, Merlo and 14t shear teams, routine maintenance to verges, individual surveyed haz trees, as well as a variety of contracts with major infrastructure companies and district councils. 

We are also looking for operatives with experience in the industry who have CS 30/31, chipper. CSCS ideally and experience working in traffic management but not essential. We offer excellent rates of pay with days and night shifts.
