Tree Surgeon Team Lead

We are a friendly, approachable tree surgery business with a wealth of experience in all aspects of tree maintenance. We work with private clients, businesses and local councils, and our teams cover the whole of the Cotswolds, Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. 

 

Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated tree surgeon that can lead a team. Either as a ground based supervisor or climber. 

 

They must be passionate about delivering high standards of work and have a good customer relations. 

 

The correct candidate must have excellent arboricultural and health and safety knowledge and experience. 

 

Qualifications

• At least 2 years proven experience within tree surgery industry.
• Willingness to lead a team and bring the best out of them.
• All relevant NPTC qualifications.
• Full UK driving licence.

Pay: £30,000.00 - £40,000.00 per year
