🌳 CREW LEADER / CLIMBER / TEAM MANAGER WANTED – NORTH LONDON 🌳

We’re a growing tree surgery company based in Enfield, North London, covering general North London with exciting contracts stretching as far as Norfolk and Gatwick. As we expand, we’re looking for a serious, fully qualified professional to step into a Crew Leader role — with the opportunity to manage two full crews as part of your career growth.

What We’re After:

✅ Minimum 3 years' experience in tree surgery and climbing
✅ Full UK Driving Licence – essential
✅ Confident climber with strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Able to run a tight ship – organise teams, liaise with clients, ensure high standards
✅ Someone who takes pride in quality, efficiency, and teamwork
✅ Looking to grow long-term with a fast-moving company

The Work:

• Mostly domestic/retail tree surgery, with growing commercial contracts

• Includes stump grinding, sectional dismantles, pruning, and site clearance

• Based in North London, but willing to travel for key contracts (we handle logistics)
