T.P.Os

Recommended Posts

Hello all!

At the rear of our properties are a row of Lime trees that are around 50ft tall which belong to the houses at the rear.

We are wanting the owners to have work carried out as they have not been maintained in at least 30 years!

After many letters and conversations over the years the owners still have not had any work done to rectify some branches that are dangerous so we are looking into getting work done ourselves. Reluctantly I may add as it will be very expensive!

( thousands not hundreds )

Would the original T.P.O still be valid or should the LA issue new T.P.Os given the 6 month window lapsed a little?

We also never received any paperwork saying that the order had been confirmed either!

Any advice is very welcome.

Thanks.
