As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Team Leader & a climbing Arborist to join our Professional dynamic team.

Role overview 1

As a Crew Leader-Lead Climber, you responsibilities will be the day to day running of the Team. You will be a confident organiser with a proven track record of achieving excellent results, you will be a motivating individual & excellent communicator. You will conduct TBT's and sign off POWRA in line with issued RAMS. You will be responsible for auditing your team & make sure all kit and vehicles are kept to a high standard. You will be focussed on maintaining very high standards and liaising with our customers. Your focus will be the Safety of your team.  

Requirements

Minimum 4 years' experience leading an Arb team, along with full driving license; trailer license desirable. Relevant NPTC qualifications including CS30 (201/202), CS31 (203), CS38 (206), CS39 (306/308). An Arb qualification would be beneficial.
Strong commitment to hard work, reliability, and safety. Willingness to undergo further training and career development within the industry.

Benefits

Competitive pay dependent on qualifications and experience. Fully expensed company Isuzu, Opportunity for further training and career progression. Permanent position with 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday). Overtime may be required, with occasional overnight stays. All relevant Arb training schedules including MEWP/IPAF will be undertaken for the right individual.

Role Overview 2
As a Climbing arborist, you will be an essential part of our operations, contributing to the successful completion of various tree works across urban and woodland settings. Your role will involve operating equipment, maintaining high safety standards, and contributing to the efficient execution of tasks.

Responsibilities

Operating company vehicles, using & maintaining arboricultural equipment efficiently and safely. Ensuring time reliability and Professional performance. Adhere strictly to Health and Safety RAMS & POWRA. Promoting a culture of safety within the team. Utilise smartphone-based operating systems to report work activity accurately.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in Arboriculture along with full driving license is essential; trailer license desirable. Relevant NPTC qualifications including CS30 (201/202), CS31 (203), CS38 (206), CS39 (306/308). An Arb qualification or willingness to progress with a recognised qualification would be desirable.
