Hi Tree people

I am in need of two climbers for regular days, part or full time employment, two levels of climbers would suit,

Firstly an experienced  lead climber/person who can carry out full range of works to a high standard as all of our work is domestic, ideally would be qualified but must have all the tickets required. We are not all big tree stuff but quality is key with experience in all aspects of Arb including hedge trimming which to be fair we do quite a bit of.

Second role would suit less experienced climber/person but able to climb bigger trees with lead climber, crown thins etc carry out all aspects of good quality pruning works thinning, reduction on small to mid size trees, removal stump grinding chipping hedge trimming etc.

Both roles need to be able to drive 3.5 ton truck and chipper and able to drive 6.5 would be an advantage.  To be up to date with current legislation regarding Loler and  PURER regs and COSH regs and Working at Heights regs.

Will need to suit working in a smaller team where team work is key. Most of our work is dealing with regular clients, some elderly, and the ability to deal with all clients in a professional, friendly and respectful manner is key to what has made our company a success and kept in work over 35 years.  Quality isn’t just in our name it is our work ethos all around.

Would suit 4 types of peopleI feel.

1: Very experienced who may want to scale back a bit from major works in a large set up and would like to work in a small set up and run the team, make sure the kit is being loooked after, run the loler checks and be more involved with the whole process, working closely with myself and able to run Arbwork system on a I pad, training given if not used before.

2. Someone in the middle of their Arb career with at least five years and wants to progress to be more involved and aim to run the team and sites , who can also keep equipment up to standard carry out the loler  and can run Arbworks on the I pad, training given if not used before.

3; Someone who is on the way up in their Arb journey and wants to learn from a more experienced person.

4: If your an experienced person running a small firm finding it hard to get enough work and people to help and would like to move back to employment and a simpler and maybe better work life balance.

Looking for people as of January 2024 onwards.

Please contact me for a chat we are based near Brands Hatch race track and cover North West Kent and South London mainly.

I would also be interested in any freelance climbers who would like regular days, all above still applicable re quality, work, driving, wanting to work as a team etc.

Thanks for your time
