Grounds Maintenance Operative Wanted - Thame, Oxfordshire

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly, long established Tree Surgery business based near Thame, Oxfordshire. 

You will be part of an experienced team with a good work ethic.

 

We are currently looking for ground’s maintenance operatives with the following Key Responsibilities:

- Perform various grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, site clearance, de vegetation, tree surgery;

- Operate a range of grounds maintenance equipment and tools;

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental standards;

- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently

 

Requirements:

- Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture is an advantage;

- CSCS Card;

- Strong commitment to safety and environmental regulations;

- Ability to adapt to different sites and tasks;

- Effective communication skills and a positive work ethic;

- Basic IT skills – for CRM operational system.

 

We are looking for someone who is reliable and can think on their feet and be committed to the task at hand. The position available is one which over time will provide training and opportunities to grow and evolve within the business.

 

The position is full-time, Mon - Fri, between 0700hrs and 1630hrs, with opportunities for weekend working as required.

A current, clean, valid Driving Licence is essential.

Competitive Salary £22,000 - £30,000 per annum.
