What would you want to see from a machinery shop

Hi all,

I have been repairing and maintaining garden machinery and saws as a second job for a number of years now an I am thinking of taking the plunge and setting up shop and going full time!

I have a few questions that I would be interested in hearing your opinions on.

What do you expect to from your local machinery supplier/ repair shop?

What would people like to see that doesn't seem to be regularly offered either as a service or kept in stock?

any other things that I might be missing?

Thanks for any input
