Groundsman or Climber?

I'm 32 in a few weeks, and just getting in to the business after a career change.

 

I've done my 30 and 31 and did my climbing and ariel rescue ticket as well last year. My aim is to be a climber. I wasn't sure how i would get on climbing so did the course anyway and you can judge from that if it's for you, if not then at least you hold a ticket for ariel rescue.

 

I see your a fella T.A soldier, good man. Been in 4 1/2 years now.

Certainly am, been in 13 years now. 3 PWRR in Farnham.

 

Platoon Sgt. Loving it, apart from all the reduction in money so we can't train properly.

No prob, served 4 years with with 3 Royal Anglian and now with Royal Yeomanry, so 5 years. Done my cadre (L/cpl) about 2 month ago so i get made up jan/feb. The cut backs are gash, but now our annual camp is at BATUS (canada) for next 3 years, so cant complain there
