Full time lad needed yorkshire area

We will have a full time job available soon. George our full time lad will be leaving to venture into another industry (unfortunately).  We are a small competent business that really care about the tree industry , we are not fencers/digger drivers/ landscapers /part timers...  we are solely tree surgeons who know the job and do it properly. We would like someone honest and hardworking, doesn’t necessarily have to have loads of experience just someone who is willing to learn and has the right attitude, someone who looks after equipment and appreciates the value of things. I don’t want someone who chats shit, says he’s climbed the biggest tree, felled the biggest tree. Just a honest sound hard working lad.
