Assistant Tree Officer  Grade H - £22,401 - £27,358 per annum plus London Weighting £597 per annum

Following the departure of the previous post holder and keen to build on success and further improve, we are looking for someone with the skills, initiative and drive to join our Tree Service.

With your working knowledge and experience of arboriculture and silvicultural practices, you will be involved in the day to day management of tree work across the Borough.  Duties will include undertaking inspections and surveys of trees to assess the condition and risk potential.  You will also manage contractors, produce clear and concise schedules of work and be involved in planning consultations and manageing Tree Preservation Orders.

With a minimum National Diploma or working toward an equivalent qualification, you will have excellent organisational skills and be competent in the use of Microsoft packages.
