New efco 136 running problems

Hello, just bought myself a little Efco 136, filled her up and she started after a bit of messing around...but the problem is when I press the trigger she bogs down, I have to nurse it up to full speed by bouncing the trigger or pulling a little choke in, once running flat out it will hold full power, it's just getting it there.

There are some adjuster on the side but these don't seem to make much of a difference to the problem.

Any ideas? It was supposed to be an unused saw, bought on ebay but whilst it had definitely not seen wood or done any cutting it did have fuel vapour and oil in it when I received it....

Thanks

D
