Z20 BOOM LOAD SCENSOR

HI CAN ANY ONE TELL ME HOW TO GET THE PIN OUT OF THE BOOM SO I CAN CHANG THE LOAD CENSOR  THING UNDER THE BASKET  ..I HAVE TRIED A 10 TON PRESS BUT THE PIN  WILL NOT MOVE

any one got a big press that can help ?????  pin 13 IS THE ONE I AM TRYING TO GET OUT   am i asking for help in the right place ????
