Morning all. This seems to be a bit of a recurring theme but I have been looking for a while at packing in my current office job and trying to make a go as a tree surgeon. I'm 28 and I've just got the CS30/31 ticket after taking the 5 day course at Mysercough College. If I can get enough savings and time off then I will hopefully be getting the CS32, 38 and 39 tickets in the next year or so.

If there is anyone on here based around the Manchester or Stockport area who wants a free pair of hands for general ground maintenance or whatever then I would love to tag along for a day or two and work for free to get some experience. I am a hard worker and don't mind getting stuck in and have got my own chainsaw and PPE.

Also if anyone has any advice on the best way to get started then I would love to hear from them.

Cheers,

Dan
