Hi there my name is elliott i am a myersough student doing a project on how easy it is for arborist to get jobs in new zealand and would like other peoples thought on this but also to anwser the three questions below.

 

any information you may provide will be helpful as this is also the path im trying to follow.

 

questions 1

how many years of experiences do you need to get a job in new zealand?

 

answer A- none to 1 year

anwser B- 2 to 3 years

anwser c- 5+ years

 

question 2

what qualification do you need to become an arborist in new new zealand?

 

anwser A- none

anwser B- just the nptc tickets

anwsers C- the nptc tickets and a college qualification in arboriculture

 

question 3

how likely are companies in new zealand to hire people who have just finished college and have under a years experience in the arboricutural industry?

 

anwser A- not at all

anwser B- maybe depends on the person

anwser c- yes we will take them on

Like the idea, but you might want to consider revising your questions as Q1 and Q3 effectively ask the same thing, and Q2 may need an option of 'Other', as you might find that the ISA certifications, or other credentials, are actually better accepted.
