I'm run my own 3 man team have been going for 2 years full time on my own now.  Have been climbing for 9 years roughly. Can do anything required, pretty ballsy too. Have my own public liability, plant & hired and employers insurances etc.

Can work on the rails just need to re-do my PTS.
