    Review: Ryetec CP1000 ECO

    PROs:
    • Big max diameter cutting width, circular saw, high capacity, easy maintenance
    CONs:
    • Slower on the smaller diameter cordwood, the odd spring snapping but nothing that hasn't been sorted within 24 hours and not a regular occurrence

Two years ago we took on the Ryetec Dealership for Shropshire and surrounding counties. As large scale firewood producers Ryetec as a brand excited us, quality ,machinery with good UK backup, what more could you want? Our ethos is we only supply machinery that we would be happy to use ourselves.

This brings us to the Ryetec CP1000 ECO, we invested in this processor shortly after taking on the dealership, we process anywhere from 500 - 1000 ton of firewood a year depending how much time we have to throw at it. Alongside that we also contract process for various other firewood suppliers, estates and farmers.

We needed a processor that was efficient, productive and built to last, and the Ryetec CP1000 ECO certainly hasn't disappointed, its 16.5 inch max diameter cutting width has been tested almost every day since we have had the processor. We are managing to process between 30 and 60 cube per day depending on the wood we are feeding through which has increased our production capability massively. Maintenance wise the processor is incredibly simple meaning  we have had very little downtime with it.

All in all very happy with this purchase, if you would like to come for a demo feel free to contact us.
